VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cornish Metals Inc. (TSX-V/AIM: CUSN) (“Cornish Metals” or the “Company”), a mineral exploration and development company focused on its projects in Cornwall, United Kingdom, announces that following a tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP (“PKF”) to replace Davidson & Company LLP (“Davidson”) as the Company’s auditor. PKF’s appointment will be recommended for approval by shareholders at the Company’s next annual general meeting expected to be held at the end of July 2022.
There have been no modified opinions in the auditor’s reports of Davidson for the Company’s two most recently completed financial years or any subsequent period, and there are no reportable events (as defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”)).
The Board wishes to thank Davidson for its services and support during its years as auditor of the Company.

ABOUT CORNISH METALS
Cornish Metals completed the acquisition of the South Crofty tin and United Downs copper / tin projects, plus additional mineral rights located in Cornwall, UK, in July 2016 (see Company news release dated July 12, 2016). The additional mineral rights cover an area of approximately 15,000 hectares and are distributed throughout Cornwall.
