“The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman made his return to WWE on the Sept. 5 episode of Monday Night Raw.
Ever since Triple H has taken over as the head of creative, WWE fans have seen a influx of returning stars, such as Karrion Kross, Johnny Gargano, Dakota Kai, Hit Row, and more. Now, there is yet another big name to return to WWE.
During the Sept. 5 episode of Monday Night Raw, the New Day, Alpha Academy, the Street Profits, and Los Lotharios competed in a No. 1 contender’s match. Near the end of the match, the theme song of Braun Strowman hit. Sure enough, “the Monster Among Men” made his way down the ramp and took out all of the competitors.

Wrestling fans and media reacted to the return of Strowman, who has been out of the company for over a year.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that Strowman would be making his return on the Sept. 5 episode of Raw, which was the first show after the Clash at the Castle premium live event.
Strowman last appeared in WWE back at WrestleMania Backlash in May 2021, where he competed in a triple threat match with Drew McIntyre and then-WWE champion Bobby Lashley. On June 2, 2021, Strowman was released from his contract.
In his time with WWE, Strowman is a one-time Universal champion, a one-time Intercontinental champion, and a two-time Raw Tag Team champion.
During his absence, he was part of the Control Your Narrative promotion alongside former WWE and Impact Wrestling Star EC3.
Now, Strowman is back after more than a year away, and he already made an impact.
