MMA Twitter rages when UFC 272 PPV stream drops during the main event

MMA Twitter rages when UFC 272 PPV stream drops during the main event.

Sometime in the second round of the Colby Covington vs. Jorge Masvidal main event, the ESPN service dropped out cutting the stream to the pay-per-view being touted as the biggest fridge match in UFC history.

Just this year ESPN increased the price for the service, citing many users using illegal streams instead of buying the fights.

Here’s how MMA Twitter handled the loss of the fight.

At press time, the stream had not yet returned for some viewers as the five-round war raged on.

UFC 272: Colby Covington vs. Jorge Masvidal took place on Saturday, March 5, 2022, live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Follow along with FanSided MMA, who is on-site, for all your news and highlights.
