A 34-year-old man was stabbed during an encounter with four teens in the San Ysidro area Monday evening, San Diego police said.
Officers were called shortly after 8:30 p.m. after the victim was attacked while walking on Beyer Boulevard near
Cherry Tree Place. The man told police he was approached by four men, thought to be around 18 years old, who were wearing ski masks, said police Officer John Buttle.
According to a witness, the group started arguing and one of the suspects stabbed the victim in the chest.
The victim was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Buttle said.
