Read the full report on the Turpin children’s care

Riverside County on Friday, July 8, released a long-awaited report from retired judge Stephen Larson’s law firm that looks into the county’s care of the 13 Turpin siblings after they were freed from their Perris home in 2018.

The 634-page report also details problems facing the county’s safety net for vulnerable children and adults and suggests improvements.
