Elderly man badly bashed in brutal home invasion

An elderly man has been seriously injured after a burglar broke into his Mandurah home and brutally bashed him on Friday night.

According to early reports, the 89-year-old resident of a Dudley Park home was knocked unconscious about 2.15am during the home invasion.
