UK has ‘fallen behind’ its neighbours on measures to combat climate change, says Sir David King

With just days to go until the crucial COP26 climate conference in Glasgow, the government has announced its strategy to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.

But are it’s plans ambitious enough?
